For superior soundproofing, our approach prioritises advanced de-coupling techniques. However, for projects where higher sound levels are expected, such as for musical instruments or loud music, we also incorporate heavy, specialised materials. This creates robust barriers that reflect sound and prevent vibration transmission.

Our technical construction also focuses on high-specification acoustic seals around every door and window to ensure the structure is airtight. We incorporate thick acoustic glass that is specifically engineered to target the frequencies found in live music.

Can I see the garden room before it is bought or installed?

You are welcome to visit our workshop to see the quality of the rooms before committing to a purchase from us. Here, you will be able to see our projects currently in progress or recently completed. Before on-site installation, we also send regular progress photos for you to check that the room is being built to your specifications and design.

How thick are the walls?

This can vary depending on the cladding chosen, but generally sits between 100mm and 150mm (4 to 5 inches). The walls on our soundproof rooms are also doubled in thickness due to the de-coupling technique that we use to achieve high-performance noise reduction.

What is included in the price?

Our prices are inclusive of foundations, building materials, delivery, labour, and installation costs.

Are the garden rooms insulated?

Yes, the ceiling, floor, and walls are fully insulated in every room.

Is there a deposit to pay?

Yes, to secure your new garden room, there is a £500 deposit which will be taken off the final price.
